
Active Living Every Day, developed by Human Kinetics and The Cooper Institute, is an exciting behavior change course designed to help sedentary adults become and stay physically active - for a lifetime!. This unique 20-lesson course teaches lifestyle skills such as identifying and overcoming barriers to physical activity, realistic goal setting, and developing social support systems. The behavior change focus of Active Living Every Day is an important complement to traditional fitness club offerings.
